On Sept. 25, CareOregon was recognized as a top workplace in the state at The Oregonian’s Top Workplace Awards. This was CareOregon’s fourth consecutive year receiving top tier recognition in the large company category.

“It is an honor to be recognized as the 12th best large employer in the state,” said Chantay Reid, vice president of Human Resources. “It is inspiring to see how living our mission, vision, brand attributes and SPIRITED values translates into making CareOregon a great place to work.”

Top Workplace rankings are based on an employee survey distributed and managed by The Oregonian’s data partner Energage. The survey focused on many factors, such as the connection employees feel with coworkers, employee engagement, confidence in organizational leadership, and pay/benefits.

This year’s Top Workplaces award ceremony was held at the Portland Waterfront Marriott.
