Vision benefit change
Effective January 1, 2026, CareOregon members will receive routine vision services through Nations Vision. This change helps make it easier for members to understand and access their vision benefits.
Members can contact Nations Vision Member Services directly for help with eligibility, covered services and claims related to routine vision care. Member Services is available seven days a week, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. (local time), by calling 877-492-5560 (TTY 711) or by visiting careoregon.nationsbenefits.com.
CareOregon members who have an eye infection or eye injury can continue to receive care through their medical benefits. For these concerns, members should contact their primary care provider (PCP).
This update applies only to routine vision services. Other medical benefits are not changing.
