CareOregon is pleased to share our 2024 Annual Report, which celebrates 30 years of making an impact.  

This report offers a glimpse of our work over the past three decades to support our members, providers and communities –– highlighting the key milestones that shaped 2024.  

The challenges before Oregon are complex, and our 30th anniversary stories spotlight our efforts to build a health system that is more equitable and responsive to the people it serves. These include initiatives that are lifting up BIPOC communities, helping to close the Black maternal mortality gap, increasing access to gender-affirming care and helping address Oregon’s housing crisis.  

The report also contains our financial summary for 2024 and details how we reinvested nearly $50.7 million into communities across Oregon, funding programs that address urgent needs while laying the foundation for healthier tomorrows.  

None of our work to advance community health would be possible without our dedicated staff, community and clinical partners, and the leaders who serve on our community advisory councils, Boards and Clinical Advisory Panels. We are proud to share this journey with them, and with the members who inspire us daily. 

As we move forward, we remain focused on our mission to inspire and partner to create quality and equity in individual and community health.
